This Show I interviewed Rache Wade from Opt HR, she gives a great example of employee return to work and that HR is important.
I Also Interviewed Claire Russell who has a brillaint story of adversity, as a teenager havign to have a hip repalcement and then suffering a stroke at 18. She never let that stop her. She set up and managed a sucesful business , sold that biz then started all over again. Someone you need to get to know and meet.
